Updated review, I spoke with Shawn about the issue I had with the phone I bought here, he just asked me some details about that purchase to find me in the system. He explained me their phones has lifetime guarantee because as a company they can’t control the actions from the carriers. After that he gave me another phone, double checked its condition and I was ready to go. Two months ago I came here to exchange my phone, then an employee told me that he couldn’t accept it since it was blacklisted and the 15/30 day guarantee was over, not sure why he said that if company has a total different policy. Thanks to Shawn for caring about me as a customer and handling the situation in a very professional way.
