Enjoyed working with RS for a good while. Everyone was very professional but not stiff so it was always a pleasure communicating with everyone on their team. Their operations manager Carla was particularly helpful and attentive. It's clear their leadership team knows what it's doing and that clients like me are taken care of. One thing that helps a lot is the work they've done with so many clients has allowed them to be super efficient with getting processes mapped out and knowing various aspects they could help with that a business owner might not realize

We created the relationship with Rocket Station towards the end of 2020, since then, they have been such an asset to our day to day routines. Rocket Stations support teams helped pick the perfect VAs to assist in our IT support, I love Tony and Joerge. The work load they were able to take on and even improve on, is stellar! They are professional, yet down to earth, to really connect with those needing support and looking for answers. Our field representatives are so glad to have them available outside a normal 9 to 5pm time, usually when corporate normally would be closed. Rocket Station has made SUCH an impact, I can't see us functioning without them in the future.

The virtual assistants they provide are top notch, fully trained and become part of the team almost immediately.
