I m a business man. I really don’t like customer service as sell person working in eisaman Rolex big company and not professional??? Why ???? I bought one Rolex watch from eisaman Rolex on May or June 2019 . I do have couple of Rolex lately old style. I got friend and cousin talk me into. So I went bought one over 13,000. I m very happy. Because sale person and manager give me a good deal. I appreciate it. So I fall into to Rolex more ... in one month later. I call ask one kind of the Rolex if eisaman Have that Rolex watch have in stock ? Lucky they do have it. Because I m go back to eisaman Rolex they do have great deal. So I set appointment come by but I change my mind to Cancel the the appointment but I change my mind again in couple hour same day. I was thinking surprised the sale person I show up. Guess what .... when I get there ask Lin. May I see the watch. She say manager put away. If you buy I show you if not I won’t show you. I told her if I don’t try on how do I know. And I say if you don’t want to help me I find other sale. Suddenly she went in side get the watch. So I try on and say I buy it. Please give me the same deal as last time. She say NO. I didn’t say a word. I say ok I walk aways. I m not happy because she didn’t give me the deal. Is her attitude talk. If she from beginning nice to serve me and I will talk it. No deal still ok. If I can afford first watch and the second same price as the first one. They should know is not only one Rolex store in Dallas. I m not say all sale is bad attitude. So far I just see one Asia lady there her name is Lin not nice attitude. I m so regret if I know she is that bad attitude I won’t go back to eisaman Rolex store again.
