I brought my 2020 Rolls Royce Wraith to Avondale Premium Collection for a noise coming from the brake area. My car had only 700 miles and had a minor high pitch noise when slowing down and applying the brakes, they tried to charge me 1359.00 for cleaning all four brake components. The Rolls was only 4 months old and they would not cover the squeaking noise under warranty. To me, I’m no longer a fan of Rolls Royce. If they can’t take care of a car with 700 miles and a very minor squeaking noise what will they do for a bigger problem. I’m so OUT on Rolls-Royce and unfortunately, the only way to get the fee waived was several calls to the manufacturer Rolls Royce. The service manager at Avondale Premium Collection was too busy to talk to me and I felt he was no help.. Although, I saw him sitting at his desk shuffling paper. Ridiculous to buy a 424K car and have to go through all this mess. I should not be upset since Rolls took care of the charges but I just cannot understand buying a Premium Exotic car and have to call the manufacture to get the service they claim to offer.

Maybe the least helpful dealership I've ever been to. I'm a current rolls Royce customer looking to buy a new vehicle and have never been treated so poorly. No attempt to look for solutions and rude mean looks from \Beth\ the woman at the front door the entire time. Was not brought into the dealership at all to discuss options for purchases or anything. They just wanted me gone because I'm a young tech guy I suppose? Sorry that I'm not a 70 year old man who just wants to send in a purchase order without human interaction and questions.

Deserted. I wasn't sure if it was closed and someone left the doors unlocked. I walked through 2 show rooms before I saw a person and that person wasn't very nice. She explained to me she was overwhelmed and she was sorry for being rude.

When I take my Phantom VII or Bentley Continental GTC in for service, I get treated like royalty. Last time, I drove off in a brand new Maserati for a loaner car! Where else would that happen? And when they do any work on your car whatsoever, even a small job, they bring the car back to you detailed beautifully sparkling clean and treat you like an old friend.
