There are better places to live. If you have another choice, chose elsewhere. Neighbors smoke and the stench wafts in. I just heard gunshots. Residents can be loud. Choose somewhere to live.

I will say this, yes there are teenagers that hang out outside like any other child would do with there friends; yes, there not always the best kids or most respectful, but the inside of these townhomes are very beautiful and look newly done. Washer and dryer.. I was always taught wherever you live don't have your children in the wrong crowd and let them be outside all late and people in your business for those who are saying it's 1 star horrible. If you stay to yourself over here you good!

The most important thing first is these are dha apartments. You cant just rent a 2 bedroom here 3 ,4,and 5 bedrooms maybe? I love my apt. Reading these reviews make me laugh. Yes theres some bad kids here people call our spot the projects but i feel blessed we got a washer and dryer. My neighbors been cool theres a taco bell in walking distance. My biggest complaint is there is no super walmart that sucks but there is a 24 hr groc walmart and a target
