I'm three days into my new vocational adventure, and I have to say that the help that I received from Leah R Davis and Charmaine was phenomenal and integral to being absorbed into the company I'm now working for. They had a particularly personal touch to their work that has made me feel seen and heard. Charmaine kept me updated through the application process and highlighted my relevant experience to the company. She also touched base with me as to how my interviewing went and truly felt like my advocate. Once I received an offer and was transferred over to Leah, Charmaine still wished my a great first day, on the day. Leah did as well. Leah made sure that everything I needed to begin with was in order and answered any questions I had along the way. Bobbette was also a help in instructing me exactly what I needed. I'll be frank that there was a lot that needed to be received before I started at a hospital, but Leah and Bobbette made it manageable. Now that I've started, they continue to be in my corner, and the relationship is very symbiotic. I look forward to continue working with them all, and I would highly recommend their services!
