A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were out rug-shopping, and we just happened to drive past the RugStudio. Neither of us had heard of it, but there it was, so we made a u-turn and went inside. The customer service was excellent. The rug we brought home was too small, but we were able to exchange it for a rug that is the right size, and it's beautiful.

Made the mistake of ordering online. The color was nothing like what was shown on their website, and I checked three computers. I order a medium dark rug and recieved extremely light. They wouldn't return.
If you know exactly what you want you can probably find it on your own in this store. But if you want any advice or information there is no one willing to help you. Terrible service.
