On a late Friday afternoon, I came in without appointment but they got me on and diagnosed my problem. Told it would be an hour, they finished sooner and my car has a new battery since it was under warranty. Courteous service by everyone! My Service Advisor Alicia was great! If you have never been to Rusty Wallis Honda you will be blown away by how good their service is. They go out of their way to provide better service than I expect. They place is clean and everyone is ready to do whatever it takes to see that you are satisfied. Alicia explained everything to me clearly and kept me informed. She even went the extra mile to get a repair covered by warranty. Ask for Alicia if your Honda needs repair.
I went first thing in the morning and I was greated very nicely. I left with exactly what I wanted within the budget I had. This was the best car buying experience honestly. I had such a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership today that I plan on Purchasing more vehicles in the future from them! Jesse was my salesman.
I would 10/10 recommend my friends and family here. I first heard of this dealership through a family friend,Eric Collier, who also works there but wasn’t there at the time to help me out but left me in the good hands of Kevin and Marvin. Marvin was great super helpful and made sure I test drove what I wanted as well as made excellent recommendations of other cars that fit with my budget. Once I found a car I wanted and was approved I got to meet the super star John Pomroy in financing. John not only made sure I understood all my paper work but also got my monthly payments under my budget! He was super personable and funny. If you’re looking for a new car go in and see one of the guys I mentioned you will guaranteed to walk out with a car
