Technician was prompt and in compliance with COVID directives. My problem was solved rather quickly. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair my disposal. I was told they do not service them.

First, I was glad that after Sears declared bankruptcy and will be closing the last store in north Texas (Mesquite/Town East) soon, that the extended warranty I purchased from Sears in early 2018 has been honored for both my of my now three year old washer and dryer. My five stars is constrained though. The process for requesting service via the web and the scheduling/arrival process is five stars. But the quality of the repair is dependent on the assigned technician. My five star rating is limited to Tony P (Tech #0015214) who I've been blessed to have for most of my repairs (there have been more than a handful over the last three years). He has the talent, experience, and work ethic to do the right thing for the customer. I've had a couple of technicians use some excuse to pass the buck just because they didn't want to and/or have the skills to perform the repair. So be wary if you get a half-glute vibe from your technician.

The freezer seems to be working properly but the refrigerator is indicating over 45 degrees F even though it is set at 36 degrees. Therefore the service is not complete or satisfactory.

It was all handled perfectly from the very nice lady that set up the appointment to the highly qualified tech that did the work. You can easily tell that they both cared about the customer. Congrats
