My mother was in Seasons hospice in July 2020 before she passed away. Everyone on the staff was just lovely. Extremely nice and sympathetic. They have contacted me a couple of times since she passed away just to see if the family was OK and to say they were available for counseling if we wanted that service. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience with my loved one! Could not ask for a better, more professional setting with people who really care. Every need was met. Thank you, Seasons!

If for any reason you ended in that place make sure to be prepare for what you may experience in the hallways. I had my sister in that place and I had a very traumatic experience for what I saw in one day . The nurses did not care of my feelings, they act as trained machines . My sister was admitted Friday night alert, talking and after they administered morphine and ativan , medication for pain that in my opinion she didn't need, she didn't wake up and die Saturday. They have everything calculated. We are all human beings, they don't realize that they have families; life can turn around. I guess its part of their job and they loose feelings. God has mercy of us.

When I was told that my mom was gonna need Hospis, I was horrified. From all the stories that people tell and there experience. When you are place in making a decision for a loved one you want to make sure your choosing the best one that meets your expectations. The staff was on point and very helpful. Debra B. made the transition very easy and flawless from the hospital to the house. She continues reaches out to me to see how I am doing after my mom has passed. She has time to listen and give positive energy to me. The nurse Lyndi and the asst. Brandy where always punctual and always called if they where going to run a bit late, and always told me ahead of time if they had a day off so they can accommodate my mom while there not there. Lyndi and Brandy treated my mom with the upmost respect. They where kind, gentle, loving, compassionate and very humane in this difficult time for me and my mom. I didn’t feel they were rushing when they would come by and took there time explaining things thoroughly. Everytime I had asked one of these ladies for something ( whether it’s a letter or supplies ) it was done in a timely manner. Thank you for your help and continues support.
