This is the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. These people have lied about my product being delivered for 2 weeks! Prior to making a delivery date appt, they Said they had my TV only to come to find out that they didn't truly have it and it was not picked up from the airlines. I would recommend that if you did not have to use his company don't they are extremely unprofessional and dishonest you will have a badge experience each and every time dealing with them. I even had an employee try to convince me to send back my item for a refund and to order locally, I have never had someone that works at a company try to convince me to not use their services !

Worst delivery experience. Walmart should not use them EVER again. I ordered a queen size bed frame, 2 very heavy long rectangular boxes. Cindy called day before delivery to confirmed my address Advised they didn't have an apt # and needed it. Provided the detailed addres and Cindy advised they would deliver in between 1pm to 5pm. Come day of deliver the driver called at 12pm advised they were 30 mins out They called at 12:30pm advised that they we outside and could only deliver to the curb at the front of my apt complex. The drivers excuse was that he is a third party and he doesnt know why it is only to the curb, but if it was a house it could be to the door. I called Cindy back while driver was still there to understand why they couldn't deliver to my door and what she needed my apt number for if they do not deliver to the door. Cindy proceeded to advise that refuse the package as the only option. After back and forth with Cindy decided to keep the package The deliver guy dropped the packages with the pallet and stated i could take picture of the delivery receipt he had to leave the pallet as well because they are not allowed to take anything back with them. Now i have 2 large heavy boxes and a warehouse pallet to get into my apartment. Worst service and delivery practices i have ever experienced.

The WORST ever customer service experience. I wish home Depot would stop contracting with them. I called their Chicago / North call center spoke to Diana numerous times ... Rude all the time. It simply wouldn't surprise me if they would go out of business within 2 years. And I only do reviews when necessary when service is extremely good or service is bad and this is the first bad one ever. This company doesn't deserve any corporate accounts. Diana needs to take a course on customer service. Terrible frieght company EVER. Please do not contract these people. Took 3 weeks to get a fireplace delivered. And it was a 2 hour trip. So if you are desperate for a product (or because my family needed heat due to the weather) do not use Seko Logistics. Sad ... They really shouldn't be operating at all and Diana should look for work elsewhere where she doesn't deal with people.
