Andrew has the best customer service and truly represents your company well. If anyone needed somewhere to take their car for repairs I would tell them to come here and chose Andrew every single time! He was professional, extremely nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Awesome customer service and quick service. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what they would be doing to my car and sent updates every couple of days. He even stayed past closing time so I could come pick up my car when it was ready. Would definitely recommend this location!
I don’t have any complaints about customer service Christina took care of me the way she supposed to taken care of a customer specially when you have a vehicle in the shop she keep me updated with the details and parts that need to be ordered, Where I’m really not satisfied is with the job at of the tech, first I took a look at it before I drove off found a couple flaws in the paint thankfully Christina was able to tell the tech to get it fixed. When I got a call for my vehicle was ready for me to pick up I open my door realize it was two screws missing inside of the truck call Christina right away she took care of me. Then I noticed couple of scratches on my door handle, (inside of vehicle door) again Christina had to order me another piece And she kept me have posted whenever the part was delivered and ready for it to install, Now it’s been a month or two since I got my vehicle washed as I told water and soap and I noticed a couple of marks from the buffer machine where you can see it once the light hits the panel you see with the reflection. Compare to the other side of the vehicle and it’s not the same do you see those marks of the buffer machine. Again overall I think this should be Technician and Collision agent should be in the same page before make sure you reach the standards of the shop.

Took my car in for collision repair. Temperature sensor got damaged in the process. They ordered a new one for me and installed it no charge. Followed up with me to make sure the repairs were satisfactory. Thanks guys!
