The screen on my Macbook pro broke but was still covered under AppleCare. I typically take my Apple products to an Apple store, but with COVID their appointments are limited/non-existent, so I was referred to Sewelltech as an authorized third-party that could repair it using my AppleCare. I was a little leery of not taking it to Apple, but Sewelltech did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again. I called and was able to drop it off same day. They updated me within a couple hours to confirm it was covered under AppleCare and that they had ordered the part, and I was able to pick back up my Macbook within 3 days. Highly recommend!

bad customer service. They damage my MacBook Pro and try to scam me. I was told that my Mac has liquid damage, which was not the case. My Mac had software problems.
I brought my Mac pro here last week since I was having issues with my battery. Luis was my technician, and he was able to replace my battery and top case in two days. He was extremely efficient, attentive, and he offered me top customer service. He called me and kept me updated with the status of my repair while explaining everything concisely. His diligent care saved my laptop. I highly recommend Sewelltech since their technicians are professional, tenacious, and honest. I used Sewelltech recently for the first time after receiving a recommendation from someone in the industry. I was extremely happy with the service I received. The tech did a fantastic job and everyone I interacted with was wonderful! They also have great safety practices in place during the pandemic. I felt very comfortable dropping my laptop off and picking it up. I highly recommend Sewelltech!
Had a good experience, was upset about a defective product. Greta helped me solve my problem SOONER rather than LATER !! Will go to Sewelltech if I ever have an apple product problem again; whether I will need to pay, or if it will be free like this time...
