This was the easiest installation of flooring I've ever experienced, From the business salesman (Jim Renfro) to the representative who completed follow-up, it was professional, better than competitors pricing, efficient and I'm beyond pleased. The installers were on-time, moved furniture (including taking apart bed frames and then putting them back together), they handled the job professionally and so fast! Three and a half hours to remove old and install new carpeting in an 1800 sq ft house amazed me. There was no damage to walls or woodwork. I have recommended S&H Flooring to neighbors and friends since the completion of this job and will certainly use this business for any further flooring or services FIRST before any others.

I have to say the customer service is amazing, but the instal was poorly done and quite frankly done too quickly. I was never shown the pics of what the area looks like under the flooring- I can feel a lot of sponginess on my floor- the 1/2 is going to need to be redone because it was floated too high- however there are divots throughout my main floor- also they installed carpet up the stairs and throughout the upstairs- again I was never shown what the area looked like under the carpet- there are several divots throughout the upstairs- they say they can’t repair it and that I need to call a carpenter- they offered to pull it up until it gets fixed- I thought that was an insane idea- I fell like the floors were just slapped down - when they were finished there was a small stain on the bottom step- so this might be related to my personal home, but I think the job can be redone and correctly/nicely. I really care about where I live but I really don’t feel like this company cares. It just feels like one excuse after the other. I wouldn’t recommend this company again. I know I will not work with them when I go to replace flooring in my bathrooms.

Trey is awesome! He helped me find flooring that fit my budget and was still good quality, all while being very kind and respectful. The customer service is top notch and honestly the prices can't be beat. I love my new floors! Ask for Trey he is the best!
