I just had the most amazing experience. Took a client there today. Veggie burgers are on point. Management was great! I think his name is Brian. Let me tell you he is the G.O.A.T. He did his thing with the customer service. Client impressed, account obtained!!

Haven’t had any problems, employees seems to be nice and smiling, the place is clean and if the weather is nice you can enjoy your meal outside while playing some games. Dogs are allowed, which is super cool. As the food goes, we like things differently so I would not pay much attention to some reviews- I would go and check it out myself like I did.

So happy this place was close by while we were in Dallas. Great shakes! Please open a Mansfield location! While we only got shakes this time, I love the food here. This location has a very cool outdoor area.

Delicious burgers and fries. The veggie was very good also the korean. Nice place to spend time with friends or family.

Greasy burgers with small patties and soggy buns. The flavor of the meat is good, but the soggy mess detracts from the experience. Prices are a bit high for a burger. The fries are ho hum crinkle fries that are neither noteworthy nor offensive. They have the taste and texture of having been fried from frozen. For the premium prices, Shake Shack should be offering freshly cut fries. The milkshakes are fine and meet expectations. The ambiance is upscale, and bright. The entire long wall of the restaurant faces the patio seating area, which is nicely shaded by trees. This is a welcome sight in Downtown Dallas and really is nicely done. Service is good. You order and pick up your food at the counter. But prep is quick and there is sufficient staff to keep the dining area clean and offer to get refills on soft drinks.
