Garrett came out and got us all set up. He didn't leave until he knew all our questions were answered and even offered to help us connect additional devices. He's very friendly and even gave my dog some pets while he worked. So far so good on the connection. I recommend this installer and this service.

My previous internet provider was less than helpful when I lost service. I live semi-rural, so finding a provider was a challenge. Shout Broadband to the rescue! Garrett came out and quickly determined we had an issue with service getting from the antenna to the POE and replaced all necessary components. He was very polite and explained what he discovered in terms we could understand.
