I visited Silver City last week as I was looking for a wholesale jeweler that was nearby. This place is so awesome. They have a nice variety of jewelry and supplies st an affordable rate. On top of that and most importantly, it's good quality! I see a lot of comments about the customer service and honestly, they were all very helpful to me. I felt like they went out of their way to help me as.much as they could giving suggestions and recommendations that helped me out a lot. I will definitely be back.

I went into the store looking for findings and they have the greatest variety of authentic silver findings in the market! They have great prices and business practices! They are easy to communicate with and professional! Please support business like these they are rare and undervalued! I Enjoy knowing businesses that support other businesses. Will be purchasing all my silver from them from now on!!
Folks, this is proof positive of 2021 being a awesome year.... Do you like great deals big selection and ROCK BOTTOM CHEAP PRICES???? I dang sure do...and I found it here!!! If I could do 6 I would...they got more Sterling charms than The Irish got green beer...ok maybe not THAT many but the biggest selection I've ever seen!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and save some money with these guys
I went here just last weekend. In my opinion, they have some of the best pricing on precious metal materials. Even compared to some online shops, Silver City's pricing comes out on top. As far as politeness, etc. I didn't experience anything negative. They weren't pushy or rude. Just a word to those wanting to buy things tax-free for resale. They require a copy of your actual tax resale certificate from the comptroller. I thought they would only need the resale form, but I was wrong. I only know of one other supplier that requires a copy of the actual certificate, and that would be Hobby Lobby. Learn something new everyday.
They should definitely learn how to behave with customers.
Worst customer experience ever.
Some one from their number is calling me trying to sale me, jewelry, insurance and cash loans. Gave me fake numbers and names. When I called the number back from from caller ID some women said this is a jewelry store and hung up... rude!
Was looking for clasps and found a huge variety in all different finishes. Was very pleased with the prices as well. Definitely coming back!
