This place was pretty complicated and I've been to some pretty interesting restaurants in my time. When we arrived on a Saturday late afternoon they were completely dead. We were literally the only patrons there. When you walk up to the counter ordering is extremely difficult because food items explained on the board are not clear at all. It took well over 10 minutes for 3 people to order their food. For 3 people to eat it was over 80. Then we sit at the table and they bring our food out a little bit at a time. When I say a little bit at a time I really mean that. They brought out a little salad and then a little rice and then a bowl with meat in it and a couple other bowls with meat in them and some ramen noodles. Nothing came to the table together. Everything came in little bitty shifts as it got finished. The food was also not in dishes. It was brought to us on a plastic lunch tray and the food were served in paper plates like they give you at a hot dog stand. We could not understand why all the food didn't come at one time. That part really did not make any sense. As far as the food. The salad has a very funky spicy dressing on it but was not appetizing at all. The rice was excellent. The chicken was great. I had chicken with only sea salt on it and it was excellent. I also had tofu which was excellent. My husband had the Trinity platter and he enjoyed it and his aunt also had a trinity platter and she enjoyed it as well. For the price point it was nowhere near 80 worth of food and it was definitely not worth 80. I took as many pictures as I could. Hope this helps in your decision to visit this restaurant. I think it was good for us to go one time but I cannot see going back a second time.

Very, very good. We ordered the Trinity - 3 skewers (chicken, beef, pork belly), the Guilty Pleasure Ramen, and the Bao w/pork belly. We also had the green salad and Szechuan Fries. Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful-we asked for recommendations. Will definitely return!
Great little skewer shop. Interesting fusion of Asian flavors on chicken, pork, or beef skewers. Skewers aren't huge so I recommend getting multiples for each person. Ramen wasn't bad either. We had the dry ramen. Good touch of Szechuan spice. Sides were simple and a good compliment.
First time in and they suggested we try the Holy Trinity to see what it was all about. The starter salad had a great spicy sesame dressing which was superb. The skewers themselves were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Was a great lunch and for the price it was a steal. Looking forward to coming back again to try the other menu items.
The food was excellent and the restaurant has an extremely unique interior that makes you forget where you are. The presentation style cooking area by the register is really neat as you can watch the staff finish your meal. The spicy fries and sauce were excellent, a really unique take on a traditional dish.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for healthy grilled skewers! Their manager told me that they sous vide the meat first then put on the grill, sound so fancy! I like their spicy fries and spice flavor of meat!
The concept at Skewers is great. Cooking Japanese style over a charcoal flame. And the first time I visited everything was cooked perfectly. The food was a little bland, but definitely healthy. The second time I visited, both our chicken and pork dishes were disappointing. Two orders of chicken were extremely overcooked and tough, and the pork was exceptionally fatty. This isn't a cheap discount eatery, so they need to work on the consistency. You simply can't be putting out burned meat when it's the centerpiece of your establishment.
Tastes great and food portion is much bigger than expected. Not that expensive for enjoying asian foods. Korean BBQ is my favorite flavor.
