Dr. Slusher and his staff have continually exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed coming to this office for years. Dr. Slusher takes time to listen to my concerns and shows interest. He fit me with a prescription for glasses and eventually helped me make the transition to contacts. I am so thankful to Dr. Slusher and his incredible, meticulous staff for my now 20/20 vision! Thank you Slusher Eye Center! Keep up the great work!

Dr. Slusher is too old and has a temper! He only treats you well if you’re putting money in his pocket. My recommendation take your business elsewhere. His wife Robin works at this place and makes the place hell. Definitely would recommend a smarter and younger doctor. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I GIVE DR NORMAN SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER ZERO OVER FIVE STARS (0/5). DR NORMAN SLUSHER DID MY RIGHT EYE CATARACT SURGERY AND I HAVE BEEN LOOSING MY SIGHT SINCE THEN. THE DOCTOR NOW SAYS I HAVE ANOTHER KIND OF EYE PROBLEM. THE LENS DR SLUSHER USED ON MY RIGHT EYE IS ALSO SMALLER THAN MY NON-CATARACT LEFT EYE. I TOLD THE DOCTOR NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE NEVER ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS. THE CENTER IS LIKE WILD, WILD WEST.. DIFFERENT STAFF WILL COME AND INSTILL DROPS INTO YOUR EYES WITHOUT TELLING YOU THE NAME OF THE DROPS. AFTER BOTH EYE EXAM, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE FOR TWO DAYS AND THAT WAS VERY STRANGE FROM ALL MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES. IN CONCLUSION, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN AND RUN FOLKS TILL YOU GET TO ANOTHER EYE CENTER. I RECENTLY REQUESTED FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND ALSO VOICED MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH DR SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER. I WAS TOLD BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT SHE WANTS TO INFORM THE DOCTOR AND CALL ME RIGHT BACK BUT SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK AND THAT WAS THREE DAYS AGO. I DEEPLY REGRET EVER GOING TO DR NORMAN SLUSHER AND THE SLUSHER EYE CENTER!!!

The visit with the physician was fine however, they will not bill correctly and the staff member by the name of Robin will provide you with the rudest service. She refuses to correct a billing mistake and then will be derogatory over the phone when you call to inquire about their mistake. Go to an office where you will have more professional staff! Would absolutely NOT recommend!
