I used to really enjoy ordering a lot of my meals from this place. However over the years they have taken away some of their most popular items on the menu. They have turned to more spicy offerings on their menu. I can no longer eat a lot of their items. Just quite disappointing.

Most DFW locations have closed down. Unfortunately the McKinney Ave one. This location is great, however the customer service is terrible. I assume profit margins will be dropping soon. I had questions about some previous items I had purchased at another location only to be told I was incorrect and that those items never existed. The representative continued to insist I was wrong. I only had an inquiry. Not an accusation. Why argue with customers? Just sell the food! You just lost 150/week X 52 weeks a year 7,800 annually. Was it really worth it?
Fully stocked, great customer service, love the new food added - just wish they had more low carb/keto options.
It was so delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. The place has a good feel to it. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.
While the food wasn't as horrible as something like Nutrisystem, I've had better. The meal plans are great. The Keto will definitely get you into Ketosis. This would warrant at least a 4 star rating. They lost 3 stars in their accounting practices. My bank account would always debit 4 days before my pickup. For whatever reason one week their system tried to double-charge me in the same week with one transaction being accepted, but another being rejected. In contacting their billing group, they insisted that the 2nd charge was in fact legitimate. I informed them that my bank account showed funds debited but they insisted that the charge was not for the coming week but for the previous week (that I had already picked up food for, which didn't make sense to me as I had a charge the prior week). Since they couldn't prove to me that the 2nd charge was legitimate, I cancelled my membership. Four days later I receive a call from the store asking if I was going to pick up my order. Apparently, their accounting group got it wrong. Too bad, as I thought I had found a good middle ground to eating garbage and eating expensively healthy food. The fact that so many of their stores are being shut down and their accounting practices, I wonder if this is a sign of things to come.
