I traveled from out of town to purchase a custom piece, a week after receiving my product one diamond fell out. I traveled back down yesterday to get fixed and another diamond falls out! I’m very disappointed I paid a lot of money, it cost me a lot to travel I’m overall unsatisfied. Customer service is horrible!
