Place was rather dirty, our room specifically had a weird smell in it. After finding out Pets were allowed I believe it may have been urine, although the rooms were spacious. There were also several people hanging around outside all the time and appeared to live there. I would not stay here again.

Got here super late at night, people walking in and out of hotel, blasting music, bunch of riff raft going on. Go inside the hotel it reeked like smoke and mold, dirt on the walls and doors. Didn’t feel safe in this hotel at all. Found a cockroach on the door too. We left and had to get another hotel to stay in. People at the front desk were nice about it and gave me a refund, only good thing about the hotel. I would never stay here though.
Not very impressed with the fact there was no hot water for days and wasn't even given a partial refund or some free stay for future traveling. But having to find alternate places to shower every day was an inconvenience i could have done if i stayed in my car. So i don't recommend this place because they have other locations they could have moved me to fix this issue and did so with several other visitors?, yet i was never even given an option even though i complained
I love these hotels my go to for now on. Great front desk help. Only thing they dont clean yr room everyday because of covid. Love that they have full kitchen save on food
As a local guide for google I feel as though it is my responsibility to give a detailed review of my stay. I had booked two of the 2 bedroom suites about a month out. Upon check in I was told only one room was available. I was offered a king but due to the size of our group that would not fit our needs. After about 25 minutes they were able to get us another 2 bredroom. Ok hteat. Not so great. We were split up on different floors. My husband son and I were on the 3rd floor. My other kids were on the first floor. ... Everything was out of order. I mean everything. Washer and dryer, ice machine ect.. You name it it was broken. The people staying next door to us bad a HJGE dog that barked anytime anyone walksthrough the hallways keeping us up all night. Hallways smelled of marijuana. But the part that I especially liked is when a drunk guest was banging on random doors until he eventually passed out in front of this poor lady's room. She had to wonder the hallways until the issue was resolved because she was scared to go back to her room. That was fun to explain to the kids. I am giving it 2 stars only because I liked the layout of the rooms and there is a lot of food options near by. And the lady at the front desk Cynthia was great. We had ripped curtains inour room and shady people hanging out in the parking lot by my car all night. I was really wanting to enjoy this hotel.
Used to love this place at first when you first moved in it was 484 for 6 weeks and then it went down to 350 a week Terrible ice storm that we had they wanted to charge 587 a week that's just too much I was in three different rooms and problems with the toilet I was in one room and there was mold growing underneath the sink area in the kitchen area they did give me another room but you would think they would give me a free room but not and the manager Damien he's he's a real nightmare
The internet here is probably the best I have ever gotten in any hotel. Also, there are a lot of channels you can watch on the TV, such as the Premier League, the Office, CNN, etc. A downside would be that the hallways reek of cigarettes and some parts of the room need fixing and updating.
There are few things that could be alot better...The hotel room furniture is dated. My room was not spotless when I arrived but I reached out to housekeeping and it was taken care of immediately. The elevator apperance needs a little tlc. The staff from the frontdesk to housekeeping and maintenance was vert friendly and helpful when needed. Over all my stay was well and I would stay again...
