Staff is friendly, professional, and COVID compliant through whole flight process. Really never want to fly another carrier ever. Rates are reasonable. Space is average.

I can’t say enough good things about Love Field and SouthWest. These people scrub the seats down, super clean, super funny, and made my flight very comfortable. Just so clean i swear I could feel the alcohol on my seat... just a bit, wasn’t like bad or anything. It’s going to hurt the pocket book, but I’ll be flying SouthWest from on. Thanks y’all!

SW airline provide fair customer service and price compared to other airline during the normal operation. But this COVID-19 bring the bad customer service policy toward many loyal SW Customers. I purchased the ticket before March and the COVID-19 happened, some of my travel fund was able to transfer to reward, but the rest cannot extended to later day due to my ticket purchase date. And based on my conversation via phone and twitter with SW Customer service team, they said based on their policy, after the travel fund expired, they will take away your hard earn 100 and will refund what is left. That policy is really not friendly and not fair and not reasonable. Most of those customers who complain are loyal SW customers and we are not asking more for what we paid, but asking SW airline to act on fairness and either extended the expired date or refund the full amount. When we are not using your service due to global pandemic like this time, why SW Airline cannot understand its customers need but insist their policy over customers need to request the fairness from them. We all understand SW Airline have many families to feed, same as us, we also have families to feed. 100 is not a small amount for most people, we should not be treat like this way. I already submit my complain to BBB, and suggest others do the same. We are just normal hard working people who want to be treat with fairness and honest.

For 30.00 extra, you can pay to not have a person sit in the center seat on each row. After you board the plane they will sell the extra seat and you will have someone sitting there anyways...so don’t do it. Why are planes are allowed to seat 3 people to a row? What happened to social distancing. It should be 1 person per row on each side of the aisle.

Southwest Captain does not comply to Southwest covid 19 requirements to wear a mask. On flight 1851 from STL to RSW 5/14 9:05am. Unfortunately the flight captain is not a person that leads by example. All passengers and flight crew wear the required mask. He is staying at his door while passengers are boarding (71) the entire time and not wearing a mask, check out the picture. 3 ft away from all boarding passengers. Southwest needs to get their personnel including the captain to comply with their own regulation and the captain should be the guiding post not the one that will break the rules. Got a clear shot for a pic when the last ones boarded. Need to look at better options
