I truly LOVE my Saab hands down. I had so much difficulty finding a shop that would work on my car even though they advertised that they not only work on foreign cars, but Saabs in particular. Excellent little service company. They serviced my RV, which is built on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Very reasonable, personable, and responsive. They even went above and beyond installing some special components I had ordered for the unit. Great alternative to the dealerships!
The team not only did my scheduled transmission flush but also conducted a thorough review of my car’s overall condition. They know what they’re doing! I had arrived a little early for my appointment and Jerry gave me a tour of the shop - very impressive! I have a high level of confidence in their service.
Southwest Auto is professional, friendly and honest. John kept me in the loop the entire time and made an effort to come out to the reception area to introduce himself and make himself available for any questions.
