Beware before you buy a vehicle here. When I purchased a brand new car from them three years ago, I was offered and signed a document that included 10 oil changes. My surprise today at my 4th oil change is that this dealer \was sold\ to another company but still operates under the same name of John Eagle Sport City, the emails that I receive, the receipts, all current paper work still say John Eagle Sport City!, and they won't honor previous oil changes agreements. I spoke to Juan Laca, the salesman that signed my \program\, and he was limited to tell me that he only sells cars, when he was the one that sold me that \program\ if I was able to pay a little more for my vehicle. Knowing that Sport City is well known for cheating a lot during their process of selling a car I bought last year from Toyota of Dallas and so far, they have been sincere and honest. Claim warranties and recalls from Sport City has been very difficult with this truck, and I need to mention also that the negotiation process was shady since the beginning, now this is the result! They won't honor what is on paper. Such a bad practice of not honoring written agreements could be an excellent story for any news channel. I don't write reviews very often, but this time Mr Laca verbally invited me to write about my experience with Sport City Toyota. Summary: Bunch of liers!

Was treated very fair here with zero pressure. Paid a little more than I wanted to when I bought my 2019 Tundra, however I think that was due more to Covid 19 and the lack of inventory than anything else. I got EXACTLY what I was looking for though. Mr Zatara was amazing and very helpful!

I was in the market in early July for new 4 Runner. I did my research and narrowed it down to 4 dealerships that had the model that I wanted. I started to research the dealerships and read reviews and was intrigued that the name Karissa Gutierrez kept coming up in the reviews for Sport City Toyota. As a sales manager myself, I know this is not a coincidence and that Karissa is providing some great customer experiences. I decided I wanted to meet her and make Sport City Toyota my first stop. I called and spoke to Karissa and told her I was coming to check out two 4 Runner's that fit my criteria. When I arrived, she was ready to go! She is very knowledgeable and personable. We looked at the 4Runners and I decided on one and we started the process. It was quick and efficient. we were able to make a deal quickly. No hidden fees and charges whatsoever like you hear with other dealerships. None, zip, zero nada! She checked in during the entire process and oversaw the prep for delivery. I returned a few hours later and the 4 Runner looked spectacular! Karissa sat down with me and went through the entire vehicle including the tech. She connected my phone to the bluetooth and had me download the Toyota app. Quick and efficient, She knows her stuff! I am highly impressed with Karissa's skills and professionalism. It is not an accident her name is all over the reviews for Sport City Toyota! Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a Toyota or any car on the lot, call Karissa! I will be calling her in a few months for my son's first vehicle as he is turning 16. Thank you for a superb experience Karissa!
