Sprezza Reviews | Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Sprezza is located in Dallas, United States on 4010 Maple Ave. Sprezza is rated 4.5 out of 5 in the category roman restaurant in United States. Sprezza is a Roman Restaurant and Tavern created by Julian Barsotti, Chris, DJ and Martin Donohoe. The restaurant pays homage to the bustling and energetic Eternal City. Our food draws inspiration from the bold, diverse and comforting cooking of modern Rome, as well as old traditions that date back thousands of years. Our focus is flour and water, and our specialties are Pizza al Taglio, handmade and bronze die extruded pastas. You can expect classics like carbonara, cacio e pepe and Amatriciana executed with sprezzatura. And personal interpretations of Roman cuisine- Inspired by taste memory, the bounties of the 4 seasons and our community and culture. Our craft cocktail program has a focused emphasis on Italian spirits and our wine list is composed of only Southern Italian winemakers. “Tutte le strade portano a Roma.”

The food and service at Sprezza was great but unfortunately I developed food poisoning shortly after dining in last night. I called to explain the situation in case others would come down with the same illness. The hostess replied that she would inform the staff, didn't ask for a name or phone number, which I thought was odd. Hopefully no one else got sick because of outdated ingredients.

We chose this place based on its reviews, and it did not disappoint. Immaculate and seating accommodations that allowed for social distancing made us feel very comfortable from the start. The portion sizes were adequate for sharing, and the menu had a variety of items. Also, make sure to enjoy their house cocktails along with a large selection of some. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Fantastic... What a hidden gem! Top Notch everything. Just go already... You will need to Google the menu because its basically in Italian but it's worthwhile

The quality of food and service is on point. The open kitchen and rotating menu offer a lovely atmosphere and meal. Definitely a must visit. (Get the stuffed olives)

We were here for a business meeting before covid. Reservation was easy. Ample parking nearby. Great service - fast, friendly. Good selection of beers and wine. I gave it 4 on 5 for the experience, however the food is closer to 3.5. Not bad.
