We got duped as well. We paid for 5,000 credits but now Alex Kasper has disappeared. And, their phone line doesn't work. Unfortunately, we made payment via check so don't know how we might be able to get it back. Wish had read your review earlier. :-(

This company is fake. After being a victim of their scam, I found so many others complain about them. Here's the story; I was looking for healthcare contacts and found this company online, submitted the form and Alex Kasper (or whatever the real name is - scammer) contacted me. I was hesitant to buy the list as I didn't trust list sellers. I probably had over 10 calls with him, received 5 samples before purchasing. Anyhow, I signed the agreement and purchased a list of supposedly 12000 -\u003e 100% junk data, didn't even have the titles I needed. 90% data accuracy is what they claim, right? I contacted him, he offered a refund, asked for our bank account information and then vanished! Since that day, I haven't been able to reach out to this company. Their phone is fake - this mail box is full - always! The info email is not a valid email. I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. They couldn't reach out to this company either. I got my refund back as a result of the dispute but not from this company. This is a pure scam! I will do everything I can to make sure this business is closed and there are no further victims. Stay away from this company and look for some credentials before buying something. At least, that's what I will do from now on.
