Mavis and Patti were fantastic! They organized our closing and gathered all the needed documents on time and without error. The entire process was flawless! We could have shopped around for a different title company, but Stewart Title really hit the ground running as soon as we were approved. Mavis not only coordinated the closing, but she took my fiancé and I under her wing and explained every document we were signing. If we had questions, she didn’t mind pausing to give us better understanding. Highly recommend this team. High energy and great people!

Horrible experience. A couple days before documented closing date, started getting harassment emails/text/calls from Stewart Title while on a business trip asking why I hadn't completed my closing yet. I guess the seller needed to close earlier to get a better rate. The manager of my closing was out of the country and unavailable. The folks who took over messed everything up, including sending documents with my SSN to an incorrect email address. I will never use Stewart Title again. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Wouldn't wish the horrible experience on anyone.
