They run a nice scam with the towing company. Make sure your guests know they have to egister\ their car online every single time they come.
Ignore any negative comments. I couldn't speak more highly of the building and onsite team. Ask for Layla in the leasing office, she's amazing. I lived here for two years and even met my boyfriend of two additional years at the property. I recently sold my home and moved back to Strata two years later and have received the same level of service. Highly recommend this building. Great community environment!
As a traveling Google Maps Contributer, I frequent many apartment complexes on a daily basis. From Section 8 housing to lofty skyscrapers, apartments are rather mundane in scope generaly speaking. So it comes at no surprise, expectation can get a bit stagnant! It was a refreshing shock to discover this awesome complex, and all it has to offer. Great staff, great location, and an overall gem to the Knox/Henderson area of Dallas!
Love living here, luxury living at an affordable rate. Staff is super friendly and events are fun. There are a few quirky things as there are everywhere, but overall this place is great. The clientele skews young but it's getting more diverse.
