Seconds & Surplus

Just got a great hand wax on my snowboard for only 20 and it only took one day turnaround. Amazing to be in DFW and get this price/service in a day, now ready to hit the slopes this weekend Thanks Sun & Ski!

Improving Today

I've never experienced such a friendly \bike shop\ atmosphere. Yeah, they specialize in other sports & attire but focus... I'm on bikes. Dave was very helpful & pleasant. There were 3 gentlemen that helped me remove my Raleigh from my vehicle and put it back in once serviced. The ladies at check out were so kind and sincere. I appreciate their help and smiles as well. The products and services were affordable and the staff in other departments were willing & helpful. Very professional environment. They know \sun & ski\. Thank y'all!

Props to Tony, the bike mechanic at the Dallas store. The guy is super good with customer skills and making the customer feel comfortable. Brought a recently purchased bike for an adjustment. Usually, other bike shops will make you leave the bike a few days, which is a total bummer, then come back at a later day. Called the store and Tony answered. I told him my issues and in a super enthusiasm tone, he told me \come on in and I'll be waiting for you.\ During this visit I decided to advantage of the Performance Garantee program and upgraded, because I was within my first 30 days. Over all, Tony is super great guy doing a super great job. Stay cool Tony l'll be back to see you for an upgrade in a yr or so.

Tony (and the rest of the staff, of course), is the BEST!!! These guys have kept me rolling through some really hard times. I ride. No car, do.t even want one. These people know and understand what I need, and have gone above and beyond!! Not to mention, the level of service and congeniality is nothing short of awesome!!
