We took the paella cooking class with Eric. When you first come in they have name tags, cheese and crackers, water, and glasses for your BYOB wine. The first item we prepared was an olive, garlic, and oil topping for toasted bread. It was delicious. The second dish was a citrus salad with almonds. This was one of the best salads I have had. We are pretty excited about having this recipe. The main course was paella. This took the majority of time to prepare. The paella had clam, sausage, muscle, and shrimp. My favorite part of paella is always the rice and this rice was great. For dessert we had crema catalana. It was really fun using the torch to crystallize the surger. This is one of my favorite desserts and it was a wonderful finish to the night. I highly recommend taking a cooking class here. This was a great date night. Bring a bottle of wine (or two). One of the best parts is that you don't have to clean the dishes.

Went to this location to return some things I purchased online. The staff was friendly and the selection was good. I was a bit irritated by not being able to return an item purchased, and was told they didn’t carry it in the store. It was on my order, and the customer service said I could take it to the store. They need to get their information the same.

Donuts in my belly. Only one in the class and took home the lot. Abby was great and fun.
