Got an amazing watch. Great price. Salesman was very helpful and friendly. They even sent me an email a few days later making sure I was happy with my purchase. Next time I'm shopping for a watch they will definitely be my first stop.

Found out that Swatch replaces batteries for free, for the life of my watch. Awesome! The store employee, Blake (love that name!), also polished my crystal. Looks like new! Love my watch, love this store, love the service!

worst customer service experience. Blake the new GM at northpark mall, is by far one of the most rude & worst experienced I've ever had at Swatch. I was a long time customer, But after my last visit to this location. Will stop my business here. Please train him on how to speak to ppl. Thanks & hope things change for the best.
