Robert is the best ever!!! He fixed my Rolex in literally under 30 seconds! They have great service they're reasonably priced and fair! Only come here to fix your watch you won't be disappointed!

I took my wife's simple oyster Rolex in for \COA\ \Clean Oil Adjust\. Quote was overpriced. At least I felt because Rolex would have done it for 600 but they quoted me 6 weeks. These guys were 4 weeks. After opening it they found an issue that cost an additional 185...I paid it...when I picked it up the watch looked worse than when I dropped it off...no buffing or polishing was done the guy said that would have been an extra 150. I said so your cleaning is a damp cloth or something!? At this point I'm in half what I paid for the thing. Something's fishy...even a plumber leaves his work area cleaner than how it was when he gets there. I expected more. He argued with me...I said you're right I'm wrong to have expected more...there won't be a next time coming here. Hand polishing would have gotten those scratches out...horrible horrible service and workmanship!

Needed a watch battery and they did it while I waited for a very reasonable cost. Timely and quality service. They treated me as nice as if I was getting full service, which is my next plan!

I called for a quote to open 3 antique Swiss pocket watches so that I could take pictures and to transcribe serial numbers with insignia from inside of the watches. I spoke with Dan, who quoted me 20. I was not ready to accept his offer for opening the 3 watches that should not take more than 1 minute of work. He reduced the price to 15, and I agreed. After he opened the 3 watches, he asked me for 50.00. I was in shock! His justification was that when he quoted me the 20, he meant 20 for each of the watches, and after he decreased the price to 15, presumably I misunderstood, he meant 50. I politely expressed my displeasure that “I am not a happy customer” and he replied: “normally, we don’t do such work and you didn’t leave the watches with us.” I paid 54.13 with tax for opening 3 watches that he unambiguously quoted for 15.00, plus tax. Be aware of shenanigans!

Took my Cyma watch in for repair and cleaning. While I was in for the initial evaluation they lost the knob on the end of the stem. When I got it back the stem wouldn’t pull out or turn. Response from the office was less than satisfactory and I ended up sending it in to a different company to get fixed, another 300.
