I am so grateful for Texas Ice! Today, what I thought would be an easy installation of an ice machine ended up being a way bigger job. Dale was patient, kind, and went above & beyond to alleviate a problem as well as make sure I had everything set up and working perfectly before he left. I had the greatest experience dealing with this company. First off the service was extremely fast and surprisingly inexpensive. They even replaced some cosmetic pieces that were broken. They have definitely earned my business. And there service even extended past my ice machine, because my truck broke down and they were kind enough to give me a ride to the nearest auto parts store. Not only do they provide rentals, repairs, service and sales but the guys that work there are honest, trustworthy and super timely whenever I call with a service need.
