Nurses do not return phone calls. Staff is not helpful. The phone is randomly disconnected on extremely long hold times. Michael White PA capped my experience this week with hanging up on me when I requested he order my labs while I was on the phone. 4 days and I still can't get lab orders for a prescription refill. Unexceptionable. Disappointed Patient.
