When they say they will take care of you and take care of everything is 100% TRUE , Very transparent and up front. At first I did have a little rocky start with the case managers i had but once Charles came into the picture. It was so smooth and easy.

They started well in the beginning and took a week to set me up with a case manager. When they did, the case manager i was assigned to never answered his phone. Whenever i tried reaching him, the line would always go to voice mail. I tested it out and sometimes i called him up to 3 times a day at different times but still no answer. I would even leave voicemails to call me back but i would have to wait 3 or 4 days for him to reach me back. Eventually i didn’t see progress on my case and i couldn’t even get a hold of my case manager so i grew tired of it. I told him i wanted to terminate the contract and get a different lawyer, and now he started replying quickly. Now he still wants part of my settlement check even if all he did was get me a one time visit to a tharapy appointment. i would definitely give them a try again but i just wish there was more communication between the case manager and the client.

Charles Lars worked my case at The Benton Law Firm and let me tell you it was excellent service. I am busy working mother that unfortunately was involved in an accident but he made it very easy and convenient for me. He also kept me up to date on my case. I recommend that if you just want to get back to your normal life after an accident give him a call and he will take care of you.
