No power in 3 buildings for 4 days! They have no explanation why the rest of the building has power but our 3 buildings. No insulation- pipes breaking everywhere and instead of investing in insulation they shut off water. Don't move here! No response to emails! Overpriced!

I entered my information on their website just as a matter of interest. Mason called me in about 5 minutes vs. just sending me an impersonal email. Impressive. I went there the same day. Mason gave me a tour of 2 one bedroom apartments which were very nice, roomy, and really gave me a homey feel. All the rooms are of a good size. I would love to actually have a dining room table! You absolutely can have a dining room separate from the living room and kitchen. I love the tree lined streets. What a fantastic looking community. Once in the apartment ,I didn't hear any traffic-which is a huge plus for me. Attached garage? Only another plus to this well maintained community. My apartment lease is up soon. I'm pretty sure I have found my next home.
Noise! Noise! Noise! If you want a quiet, relaxing living space, then keep looking. I can’t get a good night sleep since my neighbor go in and out of his garage few times in the middle of the night (who does that?) and the noise wakes me up EVERY SINGLE FREAKING night. That is in addition to the constant sound of them walking above me. Feels like elephants living above and the ceiling is going to come down any second. Great place if you’re deaf
NOOOO! This is a nice community but dealing with the management office is a NIGHTMARE! They literally don’t care, as simple as that! My responsibility to let others know. Use your own judgement and good luck
