Place threw me out for no reason and allows many people living there to do and sell drugs on the city's dime... It's not worth it!!!

Low Income HOUSING Program? Shouldn't it BE a \TRANSITION\, Thanks Dallas for the 50 unit turn-A-round grateful people. Yet, once upon their feet there should BE an Incentive in place of alternatives for Progression of Onward, Upward, Outward BACK INTO SOCIETY POUOBIS!!! So the next homeless person can expect to receive an upward CHANCE of ASSISTANCE from the low Income HOUSING Program...
