Well this hypnosis is definitely working it's magic. I've noticed subtle positive changes in my life that seem like they are automated. I now KNOW that I'm on the right path to the person I want to become vs before I was unsure about the future and kept self sabotaging myself. Valerie is wonderful.

I reached out to Mrs. Grimes due to an unresolved anxiety issue. Admittedly, I was a skeptic of hypnosis prior to our session, but am now a believer. In fact, I was so fascinated by the results, it has spurred me to research how our subconscious is programmed from birth and how we can change that incessant internal monologue, especially when it doesn't serve our purpose. Not surprisingly, hypnosis is one of the few ways it can be done. Mrs. Grimes is professional, empathetic, and does an outstanding job of helping to get rid of unwanted and unproductive mental 'background noise' and replacing that with confident positivity.

First of all it worked! Okay, that being said I not only quit smoking, but noticed improvements to the way I viewed smoking. I can be drinking with my buddies and neither be disgusted or tempted to smoke, it simply doesn't matter anymore. Vallerie, made this process easy and very comfortable with her approach to her clients. I left feeling very fulfilled and weeks later nothing has changed. Money well spent. I hope to be making my way back in the near future.

I read great reviews about The Flow Center so I booked s few professional hypnotherapy sessions. I contacted Valerie to start the process of rewiring my subconscious mind to: (1) improve my memory; (2) gain confidence; and (3) be more relaxed... not so serious. While under hypnosis, I was very relaxed, aware of Valerie’s voice, yet still able to tap into my subconscious mind and come face to face with my issues.
