These ladies have great energy & wonderful personalities. I rated so low due to the quality of my nails. I showed what I wanted & received something totally different. I paid full price & I tipped despite my disappointment. I also texted Norma (who didn't do my names) a picture of my nails & expressed my disappointment & thanked them for the services. Norma did offer to service me another day since she was not the nail tech that serviced me. But I declined 1st impression mean everything to me. Actually I would have been satisfied if my nail tech would have said, she just couldn't do what I wanted so I could have made a decision to take my business somewhere else. Lovely Atmosphere somethings shouldn't be just about money QUALITY IS EVERYTHING!

Norma does the best nails. I always get tons of compliments and will never switch back to a basic nail tech. Norma is creative and loves her job. My nails are the healthiest they’ve ever been and the quality of her work is number 1.
I am Extremely happy with my service from Norma! She is definitely one of a kind, you can tell she actually loves what she does! I sought after a nail artist, a nail designer, a nail stylist.
