We booked and pre-paid online and then downloaded the app to get QR code on my phone. We arrived, scanned the QR code and followed the arrows to an open spot. We were picked up promptly and taken to the drop off area (we flew southwest) Also, the driver was very helpful and courteous. DON’T FORGET TO TIP THE DRIVER! Remember your spot and row numbers and when you return you have to go to the green zone. If you have the app you can track the drivers to see how far away they are from picking you up and where the pick up zone is. Overall great experience.

While they have a bunch of spots and it's covered, the shuttle tends to be slow and takes a while to find your car.

I’ve used the parking spot for the past 21 yrs. Very low to no wait times consistently from lot to terminal to lot. Staff is always hospitable. Shuttles are clean and even more so with the current COVID environment.

I had a wonderful experience before and after my flight. The driver was very patient and friendly. I previously used this service in Phoenix and was excited to see it available in Dallas! I will definitely be using it again as well as recommended it to others. I forgot to mention it is VERY economical!

I honestly am disappointed that I didn’t know about The Parking Spot sooner. Airport terminal parking is so overpriced but I always assumed it was more convenient. The Parking Spot is incredibly convenient, very reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. The shuttles are always so quick and easy and the drivers are friendly and professional. Honestly it’s the best part of my airport experience.
