They changed the early bird special from in before 8, out AFTER 4:00 is 8. If you leave before 4:00 you pay the max, 24. It's the opposite of every other parking garage. I feel scammed.

Found nails and screws in the lot in front of and behind tires of vehicles in the lot. Beware! Expensive parking moreso with potential flat tire expenses.
