Get everything in writing before you agree to rehab extension. I was told one thing and then another. Now we are being sent to collections when I could have just brought my grandfather home on the 20th day of rehab. Same admission director is no longer there. Other than that is a great place, I had given 5 stars, this is an edit..

Didn’t feel safe in this facility. Food was fair at best. The physical therapy department just went through the motions. I don’t think I’ll go back.
