The process to apply started off fairly easy. Latoya was great. However, there were a number of times where I was told that my current complex was either not responding to emails or they were unable to verify my rental history when I've been at my complex for over 3 years. Secondly they mentioned that something on my credit caused a denial .. I've never been denied for an apartment so that was odd. After many back and forth calls /_text I was advised i was denied. I wouldn't waste money applying until they get people in the office that can thoroughly explain the rental process. We are in a pandemic after all and people donr have money to waste!

Excellent communication! Maintenance actually fix things in a timely manner. Great customer service all the way around from management to maintenance! Ms. Latoya is awesome and took care of all our needs and follow up as well.

I CALLED TO GET DETAILS REGARDING SOME INFORMATION ON MY DENIAL . AND MY GOD! THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS JUST AS WORSE AS THE PROPERTY. THE LADY BRIDGETE WAS OVER TALKING ME AND FLAT OUT RUDE ! ITS NO WONDER THINGS THERE ARE UNORGANIZED . WHEN THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL THE STAFF GENERALLY FOLLOWS!

If I could give -0 stars I absolutely would. It has been complete hell dealing with this company and their unprofessional staff. My application was cancelled due to not being able to verify my employment on 03/11/2020 I was contacted on 03/12 by the woods at 5 mile and advised I would receive my funds via check within the next 30 days. We are now going into June and they have yet to send my funds back to me. They have actually gone above and beyond to avoid me. I have called over 15 times left numerous message via phone & their website to have management contact me to no avail. If this is how potential residents are treated i know for a fact they could care even less about their actual residence. It has gotten so out of control I've had to file 2 complaints with the better business bureau and 1 with my bank. Again due to how unprofessional the entire staff is and the lack of communication says a lot about management. I would definitely consider all other options before leasing here.
