Ordered products from them on line. They claimed it was in "Very good condition". It's missing one of the two disk set and the movie box is nearly destroyed. Nothing about it is in a very good condition. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I purchased a book a few weeks ago and was disappointed with quality. The description said “very good“ on website but the book I received was far from rating. I notified store of my displeasure. I asked for no refund, just that they be more diligent in correctly rating quality of book. They emailed me telling me they had refunded my purchase amount anyway, and told me to keep the book. So here it is a few weeks later and in my mail box This morning was a copy of the book I ordered that was “very good’. I tell you I was very surprised. This bookstore went over and above in customer service to make this purchase right. I will contact store offering to purchase this book. Them being out 2 books and refunding me my original purchase money seems a little unfair to me. It seems to me they made it right in reimbursing me my purchase amount in the first place. You don’t hear of customer service doing all they can to make things right, but this store went over an above in this situation. I gave five stars for customer service and the second copy of book being exactly what I originally ordered.
This blu ray came in the mail with no blu ray in it
I was very impressed by the delivery speed. I ordered Friday and book was on my doorstep Monday morning. I order through Alibris at least once a month. I did not ask for expedited shipping - it came via the standard USPS media service. I've never seen a book arrive so quickly. In condition as described. I was a little surprised to see negative review on their site. My experience is excellent.
Through an online search I discovered they had the book I had been searching for quite awhile. It arrived in better than expected condition, I couldn't be happier. I'm keeping you bookmarked on my browser, thank you!
Scam they advertised a nice hard cover book of the hobbit what they sent was a water stained soft cover book that is bent

Books listed on eBay as in Very Good condition arrive with covers damaged with pieces missing. Looks like they pulled the books out of the trash where it rightfully belongs.
