Brandon did a immaculate job! Absolutely wonderful, professional, and kind service! He got there MUCH sooner than the wait time! I only waited 10 minutes! Amazing service and Derrick was so polite! After waiting 2 hours for another company that ultimately cancelled, Tow Jam showed up 15 minutes early and called ahead to walk me through what they would be doing since I was stuck on the side of a highway. Great job!
Very helpful. Was on time and performed everything in a timely manner. Was even able to tow my lowered car with no issues. Mr Aaron Williams did a spectacular job! Highly recommend him as your driver
Aaron Williams is fantastic! He was quick and efficient and had great communication when coordinating to tow my car. He drove me safely with my car to the auto shop and maintained friendly customer service throughout the entire experience. If I ever need to call on tow jam again I do hope I have Aaron Williams!
