Laura and Nick were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Even after moving in they are both accessible and able to help me with every question I have. The quality of the home I bought is astounding and I'm constantly noticing extra little details that I haven't seen in other homes. After getting my first utility bill I was pleasantly surprised by how much lower it was than I was expecting. The energy efficient systems built into the Trendmaker homes are very impressive. I'm very pleased with the entire process, as well as the end result, and would recommend Trendmaker to anybody.

BEWARE: Do NOT use this builder. I've complained to them about this issue since I bought this house from them Brand New. And they refuse to correct the issue claiming my house was delivered with \Adequate Drainage\. How is this adequate?? A river/creek literally forms from the front of my house to my backyard anytime it rains & I have it all on video. This is how you treat a disabled Army Veteran?? Shame on you Trendmaker!

Builder and sales agent are not knowledgeable or helpful. Just want you to sign off on all the documents and get rid of you. They use 3 red party vendor for warranty and goal to get back to you is 30 days! Horrible and unprofessional experience ever. Don’t buy a new home with them. Warranty person is not helpful either. Makes me wonder why Trendmaker hires these people or are even in the business.

My wife and I started our home buying process in July 2017. We walked in to Villages of Carmel and we were greeted by Laura McClain. She was so welcoming and very knowledgeable answered all of our questions. We toured the model home and then toured a few others. We walked in and new it right away, this would be our forever home. We put down our earnest money and soon enough the building began. We moved in January 2018. Our house was perfect! The closing process went smoothly we got our keys and began to move in next day! The community is beautiful close to schools, shopping and the lakes. It's in the heart of Denton but also tucked away enough to have peace and quite. I recommend Dunhill Homes to anyone, their homes are above average we didn't even have to do many upgrades their standard light fixtures, faucets, flooring, cabinets and beautiful kitchens made it an easy choice for us. Dunhill Homes is absolutely an A in building and design.
