My experience here was incredible- flawless care, impeccable professionalism, super comfortable facilities. It’s like having the opposite of a typical ER experience, it feels like concierge medicine! Everyone was so attentive; I recommend it without hesitation! Dr. Johnson is my favorite.

They had good service. Took my daughter the in the middle of the night. She was the only patient there.
The staff was very friendly and even brought a smile to my face during a very pleasant situation. Dr. Johnson was very patient and explained things in a way I understood. He even went as far as to talk to my family to explain what was going on. Elisius, Eve and the receptionist (I hope I remembered the names correctly!) were very nice. The facility was very clean and comfortable.
Had to get a rapid Covid test this morning and the staff were very polite and Dr Duprey answered ALL my questions! They made the test easy and pain free as possible! DEFINITELY recommend this place if you need medical care at a really nice hospital!
My husband and I went to Trusted ER Uptown yesterday to get treatment and testing for COVID. Not only was the place clean and comfortable, the staff were all so friendly. We were treated by Dr. Dipprey really went above and beyond to help us with all of our symptoms. Thank you!
