my last two Tumi purchases have been complete disasters both from a quality standpoint and customer service. You would think expensive luggage would at least be accompanied with a pleasant buying experience!

Very helpful and courteous staff. They walked me through different options and explained features of each bag in exceptional detail. The staff really knows their stuff! The person's name that helped me is Michael. Update: After coming back two days later to get another piece of luggage monogrammed, I need to adjust the rating. Unfortunately it was no longer Michael, but a different man. I'm giving this store a new rating of 3 stars (originally 5) due to the new person being rude. It was as if I wasn't worth their time. I wanted the exact same monogram job as I had done prior and this time around I was told that they don't do that. I had to get the store manager to do the job.

Excellent Customer Service. Tumi replaced luggage handle for me - in the store. It wasn't easy - they had to work at getting the right parts in the store. They could have had me send my bag to the repair facility - long turnaround - long wait - but they went the extra mile to find a handle that worked. I use the bag almost every week. I really appreciate the store employees for this extra service. Thanks Claudia and Mike.
