There’s no good agents in this office the supervisor never answer the phone definitely I’ll go somewhere else

Me and my fiancé leased a home from them, the leasing agent Mrs Duffy was happy for us and was very nice. It Was very nice at start, then a year and half later Mrs Duffy sends someone over to my home to repair roof, that person attempts to steal my ladder, I mention to her and she gets upset with me. Then she finds out we got married and are having a baby and starts saying we have unauthorized tenets and threatened me with violations due to us having a baby and extending our family and requesting money. There are no unauthorized tenets and we have not broken any lease agreements. My wife is due any time with our child and we are having to deal with the stress of harassing emails and etc. We pay our rent on time keep the property nice and clean take care of the home feel like we are treated like criminals for having a baby. Update: Baby is healthy but life with this leasing agent is hard. Still being harassed and she continues to try and Nickel and dime you because she apparently needs money due to Covid. This place needs to take courses on how to treat people. Having a baby should not be a breach of contract and pay her money situation.

Tried to schedule a home tour for a property listed by Julia who was rude and refused to help me after asking for my driver's license by text message and seeing that I am black. Said we weren't a fit.
